Train Transfers To and From Cancun International Airport

There is no functional railroad at Cancun, Quintana Roo but the country started a railway project way back in June of 2020.

The Tren Maya or the Mayan Train project will be an additional transport system in Mexico that will link cities in the country. It is a 1,525 kilometer loop that will connect Quintana roo, Campeche, Tabasco, Chiapas and Yucatan with 17 stations.

The project aims to boost the economy and promote tourist destinations in the Caribbean.

The Mayan Train is scheduled to be completed in the late months of 2023.

Therefore, there are no available trains as a transport service to and from Cancun International Airport.
